However, if for any reason you are not happy with your scented candle, we have a straightforward return policy in place.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the scented candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.


Timeframe:

You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Return Process:
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

b. Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return.
c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation if applicable.
d. Pack the scented candle securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
e. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase in the package.f. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.


Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


Refund or Exchange:Once we receive the returned scented candle and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. If you requested a refund, the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges, will be credited back to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or partially used scented candles.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective scented candle, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
